Atlantia by Ally Condie
The first chapter felt a little slow to me (personally), but overall, I thought it was a great book full of beautiful imagery and a compelling storyline. Totally hit the spot! For clarification: My first assumption was that this book was about mermaids in an underwater city, but it is about human's living in an underwater city.
